This the first vintage we received of the white wine produced by the couple. Baratuciat - a nearly forgotten local white variety - sourced from a half hectares of fifteen-year-old vines in Odalengo Grande. Most of the fruit was direct-pressed, while thirty percent saw a week of skin contact. After eight months of rest in concrete, the resulting wine shines with a pale straw hue. The palate offers layers of orchard fruit and white flowers, underpinned by gentle minerality and a vibrant, mouth-watering finish.
