Second vintage for this refreshing and unique blend of Slarina and Baratuciat. The former was directly pressed, while the latter fermented on its skins for nine days. The wine then aged for eight months in concrete vats. A gorgeous, bright rosato in the glass, it displays fresh notes of ripe melon and wild berries, with a smooth, mineral-driven palate.
