This is the first vintage of a special cuvée that Davide dedicates to his cousin of Japanese origin, who helped him in the cellar. Tai Rosso and Syrah were co-fermented for ten days on the skins, with some whole bunches, before being aged in steel for ten months. The result is a perfumed and vivid red wine, with plenty of red berries and bitter herbs. Its light structure and soft acidity make it perfect for serving with a slight chill on a sunny day.
