A gorgeous pétillant rosé blend of Merlot, Groppello and Vespaiola, sourced from young vines planted on iron-rich clay and basalt. The whole bunches of each variety are pressed slowly and fermented separately. The wines are blended in fibreglass tanks, and after six months, grape juice is added for the second fermentation in bottle. From a fresher vintage, this is a delicate frizzante with refreshing flavours of wild berries and citrus.
