Tai Bianco, the local Friulano, from young vines planted by Davide on a mix of limestone and red clay. The wine spends ten days on the skins before being pressed in concrete for nine months. A white wine that pairs focus and depth, the nose shows lychee, fresh herbs and flinty smokiness. The texture is rich and complex, with chalky tannins and earthy minerals.
