Trebbiano d'Abruzzo from young and old vines planted around two hundred meters above sea level on limestone and clay. The grapes are pressed as whole bunches and fermented in a mix of barrel and stainless steel before being moved in a single twenty-one-hectolitre barrel for twelve months. Bottled with no additions, this white wine pairs a wide bouquet of hay, stone fruits and candied ginger with chalky tannins and a saline length.
