Garganega from Vigna del Roccolo, forty-year-old vines planted on limestone soils. Half of the grapes spent one week on the skins, the other half one week of semi-carbonic maceration - whole bunches infused in directly pressed juice. After blending, the wine rests for six months in concrete and four months in fibreglass. A radiant straw yellow in the glass, this wine shows notes of apricot and gentle spices, little tannins and a tonic sip.
