Slarina aged in concrete for nine months after fermentation with three weeks on the skins. Bright red, with delicate notes of blossoms, red berries and mountain herbs, little but firm tannins with a remarkably savoury length. Straight from the cellar or slightly chilled, this is the perfect red for summer evenings.
