A new wine from Maurizio and Deirdre, Anarkoide is made of Grignolino from half a hectare of vines planted over pale clay. The wine ferments for five weeks on the skins before being pressed off to concrete for ten months. A multidimensional expression of this variety, it combines elegant structure with complex aromas of dried violets and hibiscus, blood orange and star anise.
