We’re very excited to welcome Davide Xodo to Manchester on Sunday 22nd March, from 2–10pm!
We’ll be pouring a selection of Davide’s wines by the glass, with more to explore by the bottle, served alongside some special dishes from the kitchen inspired by the region.
Davide farms around five hectares on the eastern slopes of the Colli Berici hills in the Veneto region of north-eastern Italy. The vineyards sit among diverse woodland, with soils rich in limestone, silt and clay.
Working organically, Davide grows a range of varietals including Tai Rosso, Tai Bianco, Garganega, Merlot and Syrah. Thanks to the vineyards’ position, the excellent quality of the fruit and Davide’s thoughtful approach in the cellar, the wines are balanced, vibrant and incredibly easy to enjoy.
