Pinot Noir from 2020 vintage, whole bunch pressed and aged in barrique before being blended with twenty percent of reserve wine and bottled for twenty-four months on the lees. The generous addition of reserve wine translate in a complex, gorgeous sparkling wine. Precise and elegant bouquet, the palate displays soft, refined bubbles and an incredibly sustained finish.
