A unique expression of Catarratto from the volcano, produced in a mere 327 bottles. From alberello vines planted in 1992, the grapes were picked in mid October and macerated for five days before being pressed and moved to stainless steel for nine months. Radiant gold in the glass, this is a wine of exceptional concentration and tension. Orange zest, sultanas, and candied ginger amoras are paired with textural tannins and vibrant minerals.
