Marco's iconic Lambrusco is a blend of equal parts of Sorbara, Salamino and Grasparossa. After a week on the skins, the wine is moved to stainless steel to rest until the following April. Bottled with a small amount of grape juice to induce the second fermentation, it offers a level of balance and poise previously unseen. Featuring crushed berries, citrus, and herbs, tempered by fine tannins and a persistent fizz, it is a wine truly suited for any occasion. The generous vintage also gave us a handful of magnums.
