Riesling with a splash of Pinot Noir from vines planted on marly limestone, whole-bunch-pressed into a ten-hectolitre cask. After ten months, the wine was bottled with no additions, resulting in a gorgeous blush shade thanks to the Pinot. It offers charming aromas of bergamot and mah kwan pepper, which are carried on a beautiful texture through to a long, persistent finish.
