Lambrusco del Pellegrino

Lambrusco del Pellegrino, also known as Lambruscone, is destemmed and fermented for three days on the skins. After the secondary fermentation, the wine spent a year in bottle before release, resulting in a gorgeous frizzante with fine perlage, notes of wild strawberries, fresh herbs, and a hint of roasted cherries, followed by a vibrant, saline finish.
