The fifth vintage of the gorgeous frizzante from Simone and Giovanni is a vibrant rosato made from Tai Rosso fermented on the skins for two days and a splash of Garganega. The wine rests in stainless steel for seven months before the addition of some Garganega juice for the second fermentation in bottle. As usual this is a col fondo that sings with refreshing notes of red berries and pink grapefruit supported by soft tiny bubbles and minerals.
