A blend of Tocai Friulano, Malvasia Istriana and Ribolla Gialla from the crus Pradis and Bosc di Sot. Facing south, on the warmer side of the Collio, the vines were planted between 1910 and 1960 on sandstone and marl - soils rich in limestone, locally known as 'Ponca' or 'Flysch'. Grapes were gently stomped in plastic buckets, then left to macerate in concrete vats for a week before aging in barrels for eleven months. The result is a vibrant vintage, brimming with balance and depth, unfolding in layers of candied citrus and mineral notes. This is a wine of remarkable intensity and length, destined to evolve gracefully for decades.
