Another gorgeous white wine for Marco from the stunning 2023 vintage. As usual, this is a blend of Vespaiola from three different plots planted on the volcanic hills of Breganze, Sarcedo and Zugliano. The grapes fermented for around forty-eight hours on the skins before being pressed in a mix of fibreglass and concrete. A luminous golden shade in the glass, with compelling notes of yellow blossoms, apricots, and gentle spices. The palate is bursting with bright minerals and refined tannins.
