Named after Marco's father, this wine is a blend of different grape varieties, mainly sourced from Severino's vine garden. After being picked together, the grapes were destemmed and macerated on the skins for 40 days in a steel tank. Bottled the following August, this is a soulful wine with plenty of aromatics - apricot, mango, bitter herbs, and liquorice root. The savoury sip is highlighted by generous tannins and invigorating minerals.
