Marco's iconic Lambrusco is a blend of equal parts of Sorbara, Salamino and Grasparossa. After a week on the skins, the wine is moved to stainless steel to rest until the following April. Bottled with a small amount of grape juice to induce the second fermentation, this vintage showcases lively notes of aromatic herbs, citrus, dark berries and earth. The gentle bubbles and the savoury tannins make it a Lambrusco of pure joy.
