Bianco frizzante blend of Pignoletto and Trebbiano Modenese, slowly pressed and fermented in concrete before the second fermentation in the bottle. As usual, the ripe fruits and sweet spices of the Pignoletto are beautifully married with the vertical, salty notes of the Trebbiano.
