The iconic white wine from Daniele, blend of Pinot Bianco and Tai Bianco, in this vintage added of twenty percent of Pinot Grigio from a small plot facing south-west. The grapes were destemmed and pressed in stainless steel, where the wine aged for approximately ten months before being bottled. Smooth and textural, it reveals delicate notes of fresh herbs, white melon, and ripe citrus, underscored by its typical salinity.
