A fascinating expression of the local Corbinello variety, this was destemmed and left to ferment on the skins for five days in fibreglass. Pressed into a five-hundred-litre barrel, the wine aged for ten months before an additional year of bottle age. Perfumed and savoury, this red wine combines real depth with great freshness, offering gentle aromas of wild berries and spices.
