Pinot Noir sourced from a single plot facing northeast over basalt and clay. The grapes undergo eighteen days of maceration with 20% whole bunches in fibreglass before being pressed to an old barrique for about four months. From a fresher vintage, the resulting wine is a gorgeous expression of volcanic Pinot Noir. Bright and lifted, it sings with notes of wild berries, blood orange and earth.
