Sparkling Garganega sourced from two plots in Val Tramigna. After five days on the skins, the wine rested in fiberglass before the addition of fresh grape juice to initiate the second fermentation in the bottle. Incredibly open and expressive, this wine offers aromatic notes of oregano and rosemary, framed by lively and persistent bubbles.
