Garganega and Trebbiano di Soave from old vines planted on pink and white limestone. After one night on the skins, the wine ferments and rests in stainless steel before being bottled with the addition of grape must to cause a second fermentation. The result is an extremely refreshing wine, with subtle aromas of lime zest, pickled jalapeños and minerals, all framed by gorgeous textural bubbles.
