A blend of Pinot Noir and Corbinello from young vines on clayey soils. This vintage sees both the varieties directly pressed in tonneaux and stainless steel. Blended the following January in a ten hectoliter barrel, the wine rests until bottling in August, resulting in a hazy pale rosato that shows notes of pink grapefruits and bitter herbs. The palate is incredibly vibrant, with salty stones flavours and a light smoke.
