Tai Rosso sourced from Vigna del Roccolo, forty years old vines facing east on limestone. The grapes were hand destemmed and fermented on the skins for a week and aged for ten months in steel. A lively and smooth expression of the variety, with fine-grained tannins and attractive aromas of bitter herbs, dark cherries and gentle spices.
