
An immense red wine sourced exclusively from ungrafted Croatina vines planted between ninety and one hundred twenty years ago. The fully ripe grapes ferment outdoors in stainless steel for one month on the skins before being pressed to a single five-hundred-litre barrel. After two years of rest, the wine was bottled with no addition. From a warm vintage, this is incredibly dense and powerful, with notes of violets, wild berries, and cloves infused in a harmonious palate.
