A timeless white wine, a rare expression of the local Erbaluce variety. The grapes, sourced from the historic vineyard and young vines planted by Paola and Ivano, ferment in stainless steel for one month on the skins before being gently pressed into the same vessel for a year. Despite the warm vintage, the resulting wine shows balance and poise, with floral and balsamic aromatics, firm tannins, and a complex, ethereal length.
