To celebrate the release of the gorgeous Scaramusc 2024 from Marco Lanzotti of Angol d'Amig, on Monday, 18th May, we are heading back to Casa Fofó in Hackney to pour for the trade.
With a focus on secondary fermentation in the bottle, we'll be showcasing the new sparkling wines from Claudio Plessi, as well as the fizzy and still wines from Fora In Vigna, Il Roccolo di Monticelli and Impronta Agricola. A couple of exciting new arrivals from Gloria di Paola of Tremila, from the eastern slope of Mount Etna in Sicily, will complete the range.
Expect some extraordinary cured meat from Northern Italy alongside the pours.
