New from Daniele Portinari

January 2026

The latest wines from father-son duo Daniele and Giovanni Portinari are now available.

For twenty years, Daniele has carefully tended five hectares of family vines, originally planted by his father four decades ago, in the serene Colli Berici hamlet of Alonte. This exceptional site - with its southern exposure, Mediterranean climate, and unique soils of white calcareous rock and iron-rich red clay - produces grapes of remarkable aromatic intensity and mineral depth.

Working organically with extremely low yields, the family employs native yeasts and minimal intervention in the cellar. The resulting wines are pure and immediately appealing, yet never lose their distinctive varietal character or profound sense of place.

Featuring Pietrobianco 2023, Pietrorosso 2022 and Tai Rosso 2022, the new line-up will be available to taste for the trade next Monday, 26th January, at Antidote in Soho.
